Job description

To support the expansion of the Hindi area Audio Chatrooms business on our platform, we are seeking a senior Operations associate who is dedicated and enthusiastic to join our team. Candidates will be in charge of the region's total income and profit and loss. In order to scale virtual giving in the Hindi India region and promote meaningful connection, this role entails tight collaboration with agencies and producers.

What you will do:

• Oversee the complete P&L for the Moj live gifting business from artists under the control of several agencies.
• Establish and cultivate connections with organizations that oversee creators and promote the expansion of active creators, gifters, and gifting
• Since this is not a typical business, help create a well-organized sector and set up these agencies to be profitable entrepreneurs.
• Develop regional marketing and reward programs for agencies and creators to boost revenue growth.
• To increase Moj Live's supply and revenue, find and hire qualified hosts and agencies.
• Recognize platform gifting patterns and advise hosts on ways to make money from engaged users.
• Stay in touch with high-achieving hosts on a regular basis, get their input, and provide recommendations for improving engagement.
• Establish and preserve solid bonds with creators to help them succeed on the platform.

Who are you?

• Two years of experience in the entertainment sector, community management, or audio/video content creation.
• Knowledge of conventional offline businesses that operate via distributor and retailer ideas
• A strong interest in the ecosystem of online creators, particularly those using audio-based platforms.
• Previous expertise in overseeing virtual talent and online communities.
• Mastery of Microsoft Word/Google Docs and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent time-management and organizing abilities, as well as the capacity to operate autonomously and adhere to deadlines.
• A thorough comprehension of Hindi, local customs, and current events.
• An innovative and user-centered approach to improve engagement tactics.
• A keen eye for detail and the self-control to guarantee that everyday duties are finished on time.
