OakNorth's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, the OakNorth Scholarship and Mentorship Program 2026–2027, aims to assist impoverished women who want to pursue higher education in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). First-year female students from Bihar and Jharkhand who have completed Class 12 and are enrolled in a STEM program at a government college—which could be anywhere in India—are eligible for a one-time grant of INR 30,000.

Eligibility
- Open to domiciled students of Bihar or Jharkhand.
- Only female students are eligible to apply.
- Must be pursuing the first year of a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) degree at a government college. The college may be located anywhere in India, provided the applicant submits valid proof of domicile from Bihar or Jharkhand.
- Applicants must have scored a minimum of 75% marks in Class 12.
- Total annual parental income must not exceed INR 3,00,000 from all sources.
- Children of employees of OakNorth and Buddy4Study are not eligible to apply.
Note: The students studying in government colleges in Bihar or Jharkhand would be given preference.

- Domicile proof from Bihar or Jharkhand (any one of):
- Ration card
- Affidavit attested by the gram panchayat/registrar office
- Domicile certificate
- Caste/income certificate that mentions the state

- An Essay on “Why Should You Be Given This Scholarship?”
- A letter of recommendation (from college/university)
