Role Description

This is a WFH position with MakeMyTrip for a Flight Expert. The Flight Expert will be in charge of helping clients make reservations for flights and giving them thorough information. In addition, answering questions from clients, fixing problems, and guaranteeing client happiness are all part of the job.

Essentials:

• Qualifications: Any Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in travel or sales background.
• Computer Literate.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Customer-centric approach with excellent sales skills.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of GDS.
• Good Numerical Aptitude
• Should have demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.
• Experience in travel, flight or sales industry.
