Selection Process

Criteria for selection of AWWs

• Total points earned in XII standard (a copy of the self-attested mark list must be provided)
• Each open AWW position's merit list will be created using the grades earned in the XII standard.
• A Selection Committee consisting of the Program Officer, the Chairperson of the affected project's CDPO, the Member Secretary, the Medical Officer from the concerned project, and a Member will make the selection.

Total points earned in XII standard (a copy of the self-attested mark list must be provided)

The grades earned in XII standard will be used to create the merit list for each open AWH job.

A Selection Committee consisting of the Program Officer, the Chairperson of the affected project's CDPO, the Member Secretary, the Medical Officer from the concerned project, and a Member will make the selection.

How to Apply

(1) Only those who are native to or a resident of Puducherry's Union Territory may apply for the positions listed in the announcement. Candidates who meet the requirements to apply for 

(2) the positions listed in the notification must have a certificate from the appropriate authorities on or after October 1, 2024, or later.

(3) Candidates must access the online Google form using the ID or scan the QR code provided in order to apply for any of the aforementioned positions. They must only submit the Google form online. Applications submitted in person will not be accepted.

(4) The completed Google form must be submitted online by October 31, 2025, at the latest.

(5) No credentials are required; just the Google form must be filled out and submitted.
