DRDO CEPTAM 11 Recruitment 2025
The Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has extended an invitation to qualified graduates to apply for STA-B positions and 10th pass candidates for Technician A positions. A total of 764 positions are declared through the DRDO CEPTAM 11 Exam, of which 203 are for Technician-A (Tech-A) and 561 are for Senior Technical Assistant B.
The number of openings and the registration start date were disclosed in a brief notice earlier. The comprehensive DRDO CEPTAM 11 Notification 2025 and application forms were supposed to be made available on December 9th, 2025, but there has not been any news as of yet. Therefore, it is anticipated that the information will soon be updated at www.drdo.gov.in.
Candidates for Senior Technical Assistant-B (STA-B) positions will be shortlisted by the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) using CBT 1 & CBT 2, however only CBT 1 & Trade/Skill Test will be used for Technician Grade A positions. The Defence Research and Development Organization's Center for Personnel Talent Management has issued a brief notice stating that there are 764 openings for the positions of Senior Technical Assistant-B & Technician A. The brief notification, which is also linked below, was published in December 2025 in response to advertisement number CEPTAM 11.
Vacancy
561 positions for Senior Technical Assistant-B and 203 positions for Technician-A (Tech-A) have been announced by the Defense Research and Development Organization, Center for Personnel Talent Management, DRDO-CEPTAM. Official notification will be sent together with the detailed distribution of available positions.
Eligibility Criteria

The prescribed age limit for the selected candidates under DRDO CEPTAM 11 Recruitment 2025 is given below-

Syllabus
The syllabus should be extensively reviewed before the DRDO CEPTAM 11 Exam so that the candidate knows which sections require more time than the others and can allocate their time appropriately. Salary Structure
The salary for DRDO Senior Technical Assistant and Technician A will be as per the 7th CPC Pay Matrix along with other benefits as per government norms.

Application Form
The registration window will open shortly, as stated in the brief notice of DRDO CEPTAM 11 Recruitment 2025. The deadline for online applications has not yet been disclosed. In order to register for the DRDO CEPTAM 11 Exam 2025, candidates must submit their applications online.
Steps to Apply
The Defence Research and Development Organisation will start accepting the online applications from 9th December 2025 onwards at www.drdo.gov.in. Candidates must keep all the documents ready before filling out the application form.
- Go to the DRDO official website (www.drdo.gov.in) on your internet browseer.
- Now click on the career option appearing at the top of the screen.
- Scroll down and find the DRDO CEPTAM 11 and click on the Apply Online button.
- Start with the registration porcess by filling the basic details like name, email id, phone number, etc.
- After registration, a unique User ID and Password will be sent to the email of the candidates who are successfully registered.
- Log in with User ID and Password and fill the DRDO CEPTAM application form with date of birth, father’s name, educational qualification etc.

- Cross-check all the details and click on the submit button.
- Pay the required fee and click on the submit button.
- Download and take a printout of the application form for future reference.
