Job description

We are hiring Interns for managing Talent Acquisition vertical.

Interns: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

Timings:

Monday to Saturday

10 am to 6.30 pm

Work from Home : 100%

• You should have a working laptop / Desktop and Wifi.
• Those with excellent English Communication should only apply.

THOSE STUDYING / HAVING DAY CLSSES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE.

• Proficiency of basic Hindi communication is required.
• Candidates with basic Hindi communication can apply.

Stipend : Rs 5000 per month will be paid during the first 2 months of Internship.

Regular Employment Opportunity : Based on your performance, you will move to permanent / regular employment after 2 months. CTC will be Rs 2 Lpa.

• Cold Calling Candidates for sharing Open / Live jobs.
• Working on various job portals for searching Resumes
• Co-ordinate with candidates until joining.
• Working on LinkedIn and post Jobs on LinkedIn.
• Use References for filling up open position.

Recruitment / Talent Acquisition role requires calling candidates. Please apply considering this.

Please note the timings: It's Monday to Saturday and 10 am to 6.30 pm. Those not comfortable or have classes during day time should avoid this post.

College going candidates are not eligible.

Skills:

• You should be having Excellent Communication skills.
• Good at Excel Sheet and MS Word Tools
• Excellent in Business Communication on Emails.
• Basic Hindi communication ability is a must.

Non Eligible:

• You are not allowed to take multiple Internship. Those without wifi / broadband should not apply.
• Stipend : Rs 5000 per month will be paid during the first 2 months of Internship.
