- Receive and process cash, credit card, and other forms of payments from airport customers (e.g., parking, retail outlets, service fees, etc.)
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate records of daily transactions
- Prepare daily cash summaries and bank deposit slips
- Reconcile cash drawers and report any discrepancies to the Finance team
- Maintain secure custody of cash and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures
- Support receivables accounting by updating payment records in the system
- Assist in resolving customer payment issues or billing queries
- Coordinate with the Finance Receivables team for end-of-day and monthly closings
- Maintain and file transaction documents for auditing purposes
- Ensure adherence to company policies, airport regulations, and financial standards
Required Skills :
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Good working knowledge of Ms. Office (excel, PowerPoint, word)
- Ability to work under pressure.
