We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Executive (Work from Home)
Job Requirements:
- A personal laptop and reliable broadband connection are mandatory.
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service process (Voice or Non-Voice), in either Domestic or International BPO.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, with one rotational weekly off.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Rotational shifts, including night shifts. Shift timings may vary based on business requirements.
- Up to 3.5 LPA (salary is negotiable based on experience and skillset).
