Selection Process
The NFR Apprentice Selection Process consists of two stages: a Merit List and Document Verification. Candidates must first qualify the CBT exam & shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification.

Salary Structure
According to the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship's official announcement, the minimum stipend for chosen candidates will be Rs. 9,600 per month starting on September 11, 2025. The stipend rises to Rs. 10,560 per month in the second year and Rs. 11,040 per month in the third year if the apprenticeship curriculum permits one or two years of exemption. The relevant authorities may occasionally change these stipend rates. During the training term, apprentices are required to make their own accommodations as there is no hostel facilities.
