Eligibility
Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility criteria as set by the officials for Punjab National Bank LBO Recruitment 2025.
Citizenship: Indian or certain other eligible categories with a certificate of eligibility.

Punjab National Bank have set the selection procedure for the recruitment of Local Bank Officers in Junior Management Grade Scale- I. Selected candidates will be on probation for 2 years, and for selection have to qualify in the following 4 stages-
Stage 1- Online Written Test – multiple sections including Reasoning, Data Analysis, English, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness.
Stage 2- Screening of documents
Stage 3- Local Language Proficiency Test
Stage 4- Personal Interview with minimum qualifying marks.
Exam Pattern
- The exam consists of 150 multiple-choice questions for a total of 150 marks.
- There is a sectional timing for each subject which is also enlisted in the below table.
- For each correct answer 1 mark is awarded and for each incorrect 1/4th mark will be deducted.
