• Be well-informed about corporates that have entry point linkages.
• Since he will be concentrating on core corporates for digital banking, strong communication and presentation skills are necessary.
• Cross-sells bank goods to a mapped group of current Corp Sal clients.
• Attend to clients' investment and insurance needs
• Informs customers about new goods or product advancements to further strengthen the banking relationship.
• Works with other group firms to raise awareness of our KOTAKJIFI products among our group company personnel.
• Offers additional items to meet the customer's professional needs. - Increasing the value of the customer
• Keeps up-to-date relationship records for all allocated client accounts.
• Infiltration of the current mapped base's group/family accounts.
• Monitors client satisfaction by keeping track of complaints, inquiries, and turnaround times.
Job Requirement-
• Possessing a two-wheeler and an Android phone is essential;
• Willing to travel widely inside the city limits;
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of KYC or expertise in liability sales is an added benefit.
• Have at least 0–2 years of experience as a graduate.
