Serve as a relationship manager for NoBroker's paid clients.

Develop enduring connections and trust with client accounts by

open and engaged dialogue.

Determine and evaluate the needs of your customers.

Assist the client in locating the ideal renter or home for their needs.

Answer incoming and outgoing calls from leads and customers.

Utilize internal resources and techniques to give the client the best service possible.

On behalf of the client, engage in negotiations with leads.

Inform the client of the status of his account.

Observe the policies, rules, and procedures for communication.

To deliver exceptional customer service, go above and above.
