We are looking for committed, meticulous individuals with practical expertise in audio transcription and quality control. Accurately translating audio content into written language while upholding strict standards of precision, consistency, and secrecy will be the ideal candidate's responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Pay close attention to audio recordings and turn them into legible, precise, and grammatically sound writing.

• Find and fix transcription mistakes, making sure that the spelling, grammar, and formatting are right.

• Pay close attention to details when handling various dialects, speaking volumes, and background noise.

• As directed by the project, tag and label transcriptions.

• Transcripts should be reviewed, edited, and proofread for completeness, accuracy, and quality.

• Observe the formatting and delivery guidelines specified by the customer.

• Collaborate closely with QA teams and project leads to achieve daily productivity and quality goals.

• Ensure the privacy and security of all managed content.

Requirements
