Job description

To join our team, we are looking for a committed Customer Support Diagnostics specialist. The candidate will be in charge of answering consumer questions, liaising with internal divisions, and offering outstanding assistance to internal stakeholders as well as external clients.

Requirements:

• At least one and a half years of experience in general or diagnostic customer service.
• Applications are especially requested from freshmen interested in customer service and with a background in the life sciences.
• English proficiency is required.
• Proficiency in Hindi is necessary.

Responsibilities:

Utilize ticketing systems to handle and address client inquiries.

To guarantee prompt issue resolution, work well with the Laboratory, Sales, and other internal teams.

To maintain acceptable service levels, support both internal teams and external clients.

Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts are applicable to all employees (No night shifts).
• Shift options:
  
• 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM
• 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Rotational weekly off; no fixed weekends off
• Six working days per week.

Compensation:

• Cost to Company (CTC) up to 2.4 Lakhs per annum.
• Take-home salary approximately 16,000 per month (full salary 20,000).
