Customer Support Executive Hindi & English

IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY

Candidates MUST be comfortable communicating in BOTH Hindi and English.

• Hindi + English communication is mandatory.
• Candidates who are comfortable in only one language should NOT apply.
• Candidates must be able to understand and communicate with customers in both languages.
• Both spoken and written communication in Hindi and English will be evaluated during the selection process.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chats, and emails.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate and timely resolutions.
• Manage order-related issues such as delivery delays, refunds, cancellations, replacements, and other service requests.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call logs, and case updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
• Follow defined quality, productivity, and customer service standards.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling customer information.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills in BOTH Hindi and English – Mandatory.
• Comfortable speaking and writing in Hindi and English.
• Undergraduate / Graduate from any stream.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Laptop/Desktop with minimum 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 or above.
• Stable Wi-Fi/internet connection is mandatory.
• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Comfortable with 6 days working + 1 rotational week off.
• Comfortable using a personal phone for work-related calls through a system that masks the personal number.
• Comfortable appearing on camera during interview, training, and working hours.
• Training and certification are mandatory after selection.

Working Hours

• 9 hours per day
• 8 productive hours + 1-hour break
• 6 days working
• 1 rotational week off
• 24/7 rotational shifts

Salary

Apprentice: 16,700/month

Freshers / Experienced: 18,800 CTC/month

Approx. Monthly Salary: 13,558

Quarterly payout/bonus: Approx. 17,134, as applicable

Salary Components / Deductions

• PF: 1,717
• ESIC: 500
• Bonus: 1,192

Salary and payout components are subject to applicable company policies and statutory deductions.

Training

• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Successful completion of training and certification is mandatory.
