Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates must fulfil the required age, education, marks, and local language conditions to apply.

Age Limit

Candidates should be 20 to 28 years as on 1 September 2026. Born between 2 September 1998 and 1 September 2006

• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation
• OBC-NCL: 3 years
• PwBD: 10 years

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university. The degree should have been completed between 1 January 2023 and 1 September 2026. They must also have:

• General/OBC/EWS: 60% in 12th/Diploma
• SC/ST/PwBD: 55% in 12th/Diploma
• No rounding off of marks is allowed.

Local Language

• Candidates must be able to read, write and speak the local language of the selected state.
• Those who studied the required language in 10th or 12th may be exempted from the language test.
• Candidates with previous apprenticeship training or 1 year or more of work experience after graduation are not eligible.

Who Cannot Apply for Canara Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026?

Candidates should carefully check the restrictions before submitting the application. The following candidates are not eligible under the specified conditions:

• Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training.
• Candidates who have completed one year or more of work experience after graduation.
