Job title: Customer Support Executive
Working Hours: 10 hours 5 days a week. The 10 hour shift will be anytime within 6 am to 11pm (split shift option may be implemented as per business requirement). Week offs on a weekday and Saturday- Sunday will be working.

- To increase customer satisfaction, promptly answer incoming and outgoing calls and efficiently address consumer inquiries.
- From the perspective of customer loyalty and maximum customer retention, customers' first point of contact
- When discussing various subjects, adhere to communication scripts.
- Take advantage of chances to upsell when they present themselves.
- Take the extra step to engage clients and cultivate long-lasting relationships.
- Determine the demands of the clients, make information clear, investigate every problem, and offer alternatives or solutions.
- Reach individual and group goals, both quantitative and qualitative
- Gain expertise in meat and licious procedures and capacities by becoming a gastronaut.
- Confidently respond to all consumer inquiries and maintain a log of all discussions.
- Make sure that every client issue is handled appropriately. If consumer complaints are not addressed, direct them to the appropriate departments for additional research.
- Use Licious to better educate, empower, and assist our clients.
- Drive our Voice of the Customer initiative to incorporate customer feedback into Licious and act as an advocate for the customer.
- Offer solutions and assist the client in resolving the issue.
- Report urgent support issues to the proper person.
- By offering exceptional, individualized customer service, you may raise client satisfaction and foster loyalty.
- Even when clients encounter issues with the product, make sure they have a positive experience with customer support.
Desired profile:
Education: Graduation/HSC qualified.
