To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be an Indian citizen
• be domiciled in Delhi
• belong to the Other Backward Class (OBC) category
• be studying at the post-matriculation/post-secondary level of studies in a government-recognised institution
• have an annual parent(s)/guardian income of not more than ₹2,50,000
• have secured an attendance of at least 75% in the previous year

• Applicants, who after completing one stage of education, continue studying in the same stage but in a different subject e.g. pursuing I.Sc. after an I.A., or opting for a B.Com. after B.A., or enrolling in an M.A. program in a different subject are ineligible.
• Applicants who, have already completed their education in one professional line, for instance, pursuing L.L.B. after B.T./B.Ed are ineligible.

3	Store Keeper	12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board. Desirable: Experience in handling stores/accounts in a store of repute in the Public or Private sector.
4	Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (OG)	Matriculation or equivalent, valid Driving License for light & heavy vehicles, minimum 2 years’ experience in driving.
5	Cook (OG)	Matriculation from a recognized Board with a certificate/diploma in catering; 1 year of experience in trade.
6	Painter (Skilled)	10th pass + ITI Certificate or Ex-servicemen from an appropriate trade like Painter.
7	Carpenter (Skilled)	10th pass + ITI Certificate or Ex-servicemen from an appropriate trade like Carpenter.
8	Housekeeping Staff (HKS)	Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
9	Laundryman	Matriculation or equivalent, experience in Laundry work
10	Mess Staff	Matriculation or equivalent; experience in duties of Mess or similar from a recognized Institution or Organisation.
11	Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS)	Matriculation or equivalent; 1 year of experience as a Watchman or Lascar, or Gestetner Operator.
12	Vulcanizer	Matriculation or equivalent. Ex-servicemen from the appropriate trade.

AGE Limit

Candidates should not be less than for Group C posts 18 Years and should not be more than 25 years.

Age Relaxation:

• 03 years for the candidates belonging to OBC.
• 05 years for the candidates belonging to the SC/ST category.
